一、平台说明
本平台为社区型线上生鲜及日用品交易平台，向用户提供商品浏览、下单、支付、配送等服务。
二、用户账户
- 你需具备完全民事行为能力方可使用本平台。
- 请提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息。
- 你应妥善保管账户信息，并对账户下的所有行为负责。
三、商品与订单
商品价格、库存及相关信息以页面显示为准。 因库存或系统原因导致订单无法履行的，平台将协助退款。
四、支付与退款
平台支持多种支付方式。 退款将按原支付路径或平台规则处理，到账时间以支付机构为准。
五、配送服务
平台提供区域团拼单、好友拼单、次日配送等方式。 配送时间为预估时间，可能因不可抗力因素调整。
六、用户行为规范
- 不得恶意下单、刷单或扰乱平台秩序；
- 不得利用平台漏洞获取不正当利益；
- 不得从事任何违法行为。
七、短信条款（SMS Terms）

当您在注册或下单过程中提供手机号码并勾选短信同意框后，您同意接收来自 Freshbuy 的短信通知。
- 短信类型可能包括：登录验证码（OTP）、订单确认、配送更新、送达通知（含送达照片链接）、钱包/充值通知，以及与生鲜购物相关的促销信息。
- 发送频率：不固定（Message frequency varies）。
- 费用：可能产生短信与数据费用（Message & data rates may apply）。
- 退订：回复 STOP 可随时退订。
- 帮助：回复 HELP 获取帮助，或联系 support@nyfreshbuy.com。
我们不会将您的短信同意信息（SMS consent）或手机号出售、出租或提供给第三方用于营销目的。
